— Ashley Greene in this month's Women's Health. The Twilight star also says she's not into deprivation diets: "I'm a big believer in feeding your body what it needs. Deny yourself something and you're going to end up shoving your face full of it." She is big on working out though. To get in shape for her role as Alice Cullen, Ashley says she put on a lot of lean muscle by doing "cardio, squats, and planks." Ashley also worked her muscles by using kettlebells and "pushing a big box filled with weights across a room."
