BBG Weight-Loss Transformation

This Is What 3 Rounds of BBG Looks Like (Spoiler Alert: It's Amazing!)

I started @kayla_itsines #bbg program spontaneously after finding her Instagram and being absolutely blown away by all the amazing transformations πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ‘― I wasn't particularly unhealthy in my body at that time, but I didn't feel good about myself either. I did heaps of running and yoga and never saw much change in how I looked physically, which was frustrating and disheartening to me. I think the reason I love BBG is because it actually works- the workouts are hard and that is ultimately what helps to build muscle and change body composition πŸ’ͺ🏻 I really think there is something so beautiful about pushing yourself through your BBG workout because every time you do, you are teaching yourself that you can do hard things and that you are strong, and this feeling quickly starts to carry over to the rest of your life. The sense of strength and empowerment is ultimately what will change your life, the results are just a (fantastic) bonus :)
