Weight Training, TIU Workouts, and Meal Prep Helped Stephanie Totally Transform Her Body
What started with a Tone It Up challenge snowballed into a total lifestyle change for Stephanie. She discovered a nutrition plan, strength training (with weights!), and a healthy lifestyle that made her feel so much better about herself.
