Bicycle Abs: Starting Position
I find this move surprisingly difficult, but I do love the way it works my waist.
This bicycle variation targets the abs, with a focus on the obliques, and the hip flexors.
- Start with your bum close to the front of the BOSU, then roll back so the BOSU is supporting your low spine and bottom ribs.
- Lengthen your left leg out in front of you, bringing your right hand to support your head.
