Even if blending up your favorite smoothie is part of your daily Summer routine, sometimes it's nice to let someone else do the work. The new Fruit & Veggie Smoothies from Jamba Juice are a convenient and nutritious option when I don't want to deal with making my own. I like that they're made of only whole fruits and veggies or juice blends and nothing else — each smoothie contains one serving of vegetables and two servings of fruit. My favorite, the Apple 'n Greens Smoothie (220 calories for the 16-ounce size), contains bananas, mangoes, peaches, apple-strawberry juice, and a vegetable juice blend of carrots, spinach, bell pepper, kale, spirulina, and lettuce. Look for three other options: the Tropical Harvest, Berry UpBeet, and Orange Carrot Karma.
Be sure to look out for our other current obsession, the kale, apple, pineapple, and chia seeds juice — it's only offered in select locations, but the blend is worth seeking out!
