It is indeed a modified burpee! The challenge with Brett's version is to let yourself fall onto the ground before pushing back up...try it and let me know how it goes :)

Sprawls kick my BUTT in my kickboxing/boxing/MMA classes. I definitely have a love/hate relationship with them!
