i just tried this out. great workout! had my heart rate up and got me pretty sweaty. @originalamy - i really struggled with the plyometric push ups, especially after all the other arm exercises. i ended up just doing regular push ups and focused on pushing up with force. hopefully i'll be able to do them as plyometrics soon.

I tried this out this afternoon. It was fun. It definitely got my heart rate up & made me sweat.
