Squats and deadlifts and backbends, oh MY! Britney Spears [4] gave us yet another sneak peek into her ultrafit life [5], replete with purple string lights, the tiniest of shorts, and a perfectly coiffed ponytail [6]. Her routine? Some single-leg deadlifts, squats to overhead presses, rows in plank, and, of course, some splits. To say we're obsessed with Queen Britney and her fitness routine [7] is an understatement.
