Apparently there's a skinny version of the Peppermint Mocha made with skim milk and sugar free peppermint syrup which is only 100 calories for a tall.

I've never been here. Is it really that great of a place? I pass it all the time and I have no clue. But it always looks crowded, and everyone looks in a mad hurry on some days.

:O No wonder my butt seemed to have like, swelled up twice it's size! It was exam week, and I was practically living on Peppermint Mochas (doesn't it taste like a Girl Guide cookie with coffee? Yummy!). Got to chock that up on my list of Moderation Foods. Thankfully, I had enough sense to take it skinny. <3

oh the peppermint mocha is sooo good!! I usually get the Carmel Machiato(sp?) with Soy and i think it tastes better!

Soy milk does cut the calories by a bit. The cream (or chantilly) is what really gets you as well. So by having soy milk and no cream, you calorie intake will be down with any of those drinks, but still not fabulous :)

I make it a rule to allow myself ONE of these per year, and always get so excited about it - but now that I see those numbers I'm beginning to wonder if even that is worth it. Usually by the time you get to the end of one of those things your taste buds are just registering a sort of vague icky sweetness anyway... maybe it'll be a Starbucks-free Christmas after all.

Wow is all I can say. Wow. That's a lot of calories for a coffee drink. Right on Cravin getting the skim and no whip. I'm sticking to herbal tea. I have my one coffee in the morning and then no more. I can't even drink decaf in the afternoon any more.

I am sure this is worse, but yesterday I went and ordered an decaf grande skim no whip ginger white mocha...mmm...usually get soy milk, which i think tasted great with coffee, but got skim so there was no fat and less calories...still abit much but as a treat it nummy I'm all in.

Dairy milk makes me ill, so I have to have it with Soya milk. It doesn't taste as nice though :(. Does that cut down on the fat content?
