Calories in Starbucks Zombie Frappuccino

Is the Number of Calories in Starbucks's Zombie Frappuccino as Scary as You Think?

If your initial "WTF" reaction to the Starbucks Zombie Frappuccino was quickly followed by, "How bad is it for me?," we can relate. As creepy-looking as this Frappuccino is — ahem, it has pink "brains" whipped cream — it's impossible not to be intrigued enough to try it. There's no shame in getting in the Halloween spirit by indulging in this fun, limited-edition drink, but it's always good to know how many calories you're consuming! So is the number of calories in the Zombie Frapp as scary as you might predict? Here's what we know so far.

Baristas have shared that the Zombie Frappuccino is a creme-based drink with a two-toned look thanks to green caramel apple powder and pink powder. According to this picture of a Starbucks sign shared on Instagram, a grande Zombie Frappuccino has 430 calories, and that's likely including the pink whipped cream (and, let's be honest, that's the best part).

By comparison, the Unicorn Frappuccino from earlier this year dialed in at 410 calories for a grande (with whipped cream). We'll update this post with a more complete nutritional breakdown once it's available from Starbucks (it goes without saying that the drink is high in sugar), but this should help you decide whether you think it's worth the caloric commitment.

If you're ready to slurp down this green drink with your fellow Starbucks aficionados, you can order it from Oct. 26 through Oct. 31 or while supplies last at your location. Get ready for Instagram feeds full of brains!
