Can't Do a Push-Up? Try This

A while ago, I told you about this great video showing what you can try if you don't have a treadmill but want to run indoors. The same guy who came up with that brilliant idea also came up with a way to work your upper body even if you can't quite do a push-up. Check out this video showing how to get some assistance with your push-up.

Do you think you'd ever try this? Tell me in the comment section below.

I think this is a good idea for people who want to work out at home...having some resistance bands of different lengths/resistance levels makes it easy to create more challenging workouts.

Uh...where would you even get a band like that? I'd be embarrased to do this.

i'm seriously loving that you can find so many different ways to do certain exercises - cause i can't do some of them, and feel like a slacker and like i'm not benefiting from what i could be doing. tips like this are great for me

Uh... who can't do a push up? I didn't realize that was a challenge for anyone... seems a little pitiful.
