- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 3/4 cup egg whites
- 3 tbsp water or milk (I used water)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop of Acai and Whey Protein Powder (Biochem Brand)
Mix all ingredients in a blender. Makes about 5-6 pancakes depending on size.
The topping is a mixture of Walden Farms Sugar Free Blueberry Spread and sugar free maple syrup. I put this in microwave for 20 seconds — such a great syrup flavor! A sliced banana and Galaxy Granola's Not Sweet Vanilla Flavor is on the top as well.
