My 6-Month CrossFit Transformation Isn't What I Thought It'd Be

Cool Off With Hibiscus Tea Popsicles

On a hot day, anything frozen feels like a special treat. My daughters are both big fans of hibiscus tea, so I thought I would concoct a popsicle featuring the herbal brew.

My experiment paid off: the entire family loved them. These popsicles are simple to make, tasty, and incredibly low in calories. A perfect way to beat the heat.

This sounds good, but I would never use agave nectar. It has more fructose in it than high fructose corn syrup does.
