- 2 small ripe bananas
1 cup raw almonds
- Peel the bananas and place in a food processor. Pour in the almonds. Blend for a few minutes or until a thick spread is made. Puree for less time if you prefer a chunky consistency, longer if you like it smoother.
- Top on bread, fruit, or crackers and enjoy. Store unused portion in an airtight container in the fridge. It might turn dark brown, but tastes just as tasty!
