4/4 I'm an avid calorie counter. These were a piece of cake so to speak!

ehe i guess i just chose the foods i liked better rather than the ones i thought contained less calories. but i would choose chocolate pudding over oreos any day!

Why would anybody want to eat a Subway? Eww. On another note - an organisational control lecturer once said that he'd never encountered a food preparation place that didn't have a problem with staff putting their "bodily fluids" into the food. No matter how classy the restaurant!! So I try not to eat out so much now. ;)

don't oreos also have trans fats in them?? or did they take it out? (I don't like oreos so I don't have any lying around to check for sure) either way, I'd take artificial sweeteners (of which the health hazards of many are still undetermined) over trans fats (which we KNOW are bad for us).

jnj213 - you're right the SF jello pudding is sweetened w/ artificial sweetners (bad, bad fit suger! that's not a healthy food to promote!) which is why I chose the oreos. Though, I'm not sure if the high fructose corn syrup in the oreos are much better for you :)

4 out of 4. Another good thing about Cheerios is that they have more protein per cup than Special K.

isnt the sugar free jello sweeten with artificial sweeteners that aren't good for you at all?

Mmmm Cheerios :)

In truth I wouldn't eat any of those things I just flat out guessed. I don't think I've ever been in an Olive Garden they concept grosses me out. But Cheerios I miss. I just can't eat entire cup maybe 3 oz or so.

i love this quiz. I had no idea about the tuna! does that mean a tuna salad sandwich or just tuna??? and dont club subs have bacon on them??

4 out of 4 good for me. I thought I'd get it all wrong.

I was 3/4, also because of the Cheerios/Special K. Why? I was thinking of Honey Nut Cheerios... then again, I stick to my Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal every morning with some light vanilla soy milk (it helps my stomach from getting sick) or mix it in with soy yogurt for more texture.

I didn't do so well on this because I picked what I would actually eat, not which I thought had the fewest calories. I knew the linguini was the right answer, but I can't stand those thick noodles.

4/4 Way too easy! This was a fun quiz :)

no, they do not include milk. a half a cup of skim milk is approximately 40 calories, or 1 ww point. Sorry, such a dork about weight watchers, but I do love my WW.

In this imaginary day, I would be 100% willing to take an extra 10 calories for the team, because , really, cheerios (especially plain!) are pretty vile. But then again, my username is Caramelmacchiato, so I can't be expected to provide the voice of nutritional reason. Also, do the cereal-calories include milk? Why am I so curious about the cereal part of this quiz?

YaY! I have cheerios every morning with fruit!

I didn't do so well on this test! I always eat oatmeal, too, Megania. This morning I tried the Weight Control kind...160 calories and 3 grams of fat...but it's got like 7 grams of fiber and 6 grams of protein! I wasn't even that hungry at lunchtime, today.

4 out of 4. Woo-hoo! I had to guess on the first one--but I never eat cold cereal anyway. I start my day with hot oatmeal.

I'm such a calorie-counting nut (it keeps me from over-eating, which I have a problem with), that I actually knew the exact numbers for the options in questions 1 and 3. Is that sad?? haha

3/4 last one was tricky! I dont eat at Olive that often.
katiejane24 katiejane24 9 years
Yeah, I was pleasantly surprised about the club...but I'd still rather have the oreos and special k. the linguine I can live with.
emi263blair emi263blair 9 years
special k is a trick!

3/4-no idea Cheerios would be a better choice than Special K.
