Balancing Three-Legged Dog
Three-Legged Dog is an effective pose for working the upper body, so try this more advanced balancing version.
- From Downward Facing Dog, walk your feet in slightly so the heels are planted firmly, big toes touching.
- Inhale to raise your left leg into the air, coming into Three-Legged Dog. Exhale to slowly bring your right hand to hold the outside of your right ankle, balancing on your left hand and right foot.
- Stay like this for five breaths and then switch sides.
