Do Push-Ups Every Time You Brush Your Teeth

Most people brush their teeth in the morning before they head out the door, and at night before they hit the hay. Use that time to add a little exercise into your day, since every little bit helps. Every time you brush your chompers, do 25 push-ups on the counter or sink. That adds up to 50 push-ups a day, and 350 push-ups a week! If your arms are stronger, do 30 or 40, or do less if you're just starting out. Push-ups are one of the most effective ways to tone your upper body, and you'll start to see results soon after adding these counter push-ups to your routine.

I do squats when I brush, but I do pushups against the counter at work while I wait for my computer stuff to load and print. It all adds up!

I used to do push-ups on the counter at my last place of work, during the coffee breaks when I was waiting for my coffee to finish in the maker.

Yeah I knew that's what they meant, but for me it works better if I can do two things at once, I need to multi task! Otherwise I just rely on my regular workouts but if I am squeezing in some extras, I try work it in while I am doing something else because I am more apt to actually do it that way.

I thought I was the only person who did this! Kclulu, I think she means that you're supposed to do them before or after you brush, so that it's a routine you get into. I do squats while I'm brushing, which is great because I don't really enjoy them and probably wouldn't be in the habit of doing them otherwise.

I would think doing squats or lunges or wall sits while brushing your teeth would make more sense. Push ups are great but you cant do them while brushing.
