An interesting study by the International Food Information Council has found that 87 percent of people surveyed believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, however, only 49 percent actually eat it regularly. This got me to thinking about you guys since I am always talking about how important breakfast is, especially when it comes to weight loss so I know you know about its importance.
