This might not seem like much of a shocker, but I honestly enjoy working out. Lately, I just don't really feel fully awake until I have gotten my heart rate up or challenged my muscles. I find myself looking forward to running and mapping out my route days ahead of time. I know everyone does not feel this; some of my closest friends roll their eyes at me when I start talking fitness. For them, working out is drudgery and something they have to force themselves to do or something they just avoid. To each his own. But what about you?
