Do you take better care of yourself during the week or on the weekends?

I have noticed that I often feel kind of dehydrated and groggy on Sunday. I know it's not due to late night partying (that is really rare in my life these days) or from drinking too much coffee (I drink less java on the weekends than I do during the week). I think it's because I don't take care of myself on the weekends. I eat at random times and I eat weird combinations of food. Plus I just don't drink water the way I do when I am at my desk at work.

So I was curious if other folks go through this too.

So...do you take better care of yourself during the week or on the weekends?

I totally though I was the only one who is so good all week but blow it on the weekends. Thanks for making me feel better.

I don't know if I'm healthier either way. I said I'd say below, but a better answer was I'm a mess all the time. During the week I eat 3 meals plus snacks (fruits/veggies) and drink more water. On the weekends I'm drowning in coffee and television till whenever I feel like it on Saturday and Sunday and don't get much exercising in. And I usually eat worse! I'm a mess, mess, mess!

I do well durning the week at sticking to a schedule. The weekends are my time with my husband and my son, and I don't let what I might think of as my "schedule" interfere with what I am doing with them.

I am pretty good during the week. The weekends, I don't go all out but some can be crazy, depending on what my guy has planned. Foodwise, I usually cook a big dinner on Sunday. But he's whining about having gained weight, and I am right where I want to be, so I am going to have to watch I don't dip too low. I love my curves!

Ugh, yesterday I was watching football all day and ate nothing but junk :( I look and feel horrible today.

I'm the same way during the week I eat healthy and work out. Come Friday night and it all goes out the window. I guess being with the families and out to dinner or movies too much temptation.

The weekends are great but the lack of structure is a litle hard on my eating habits. I end up eating mac and cheese from a box made with butter that I am feeding my kids.

I have one day a week that is my free day. I don't necessarily go nuts but at least I do not feel deprived of anything. Depending on the plans for the weekend usually Friday nights is my night to have cocktails and a little bit of junk. I don't spend the whole weekend on a binge and I make sure I get lots of water!

Me too...I do so well all week and let go on the weekends. Kind of helps (guilt-free chocolate) kind of hurts (no exercise, water, etc). This weekend was especially bad. I didn't even eat ONE meal...just snacks all weekend! I felt so ashamed...and resolved that next weekend cleaning will NOT be my only physical activity.

During the week, I have a routine I stick to with food and the gym. But Friday nights are time with the hubby and we usually eat pizza and watch a movie. I'm more lenient with myself over the weekend. And I don't feel guilty about it.
