Have You Seen Dua Lipa's Abs?! Here's How She Keeps Her Body Toned and Trim

If you've turned on the radio at all in the last year, you know who Dua Lipa is. The incredibly talented British singer and songwriter has recently created some of the catchiest Billboard hits; when you hear "New Rules," you just can't resist tapping your foot and singing along. We're not the only ones who feel this way, because Dua has been nominated for five (five!) Brit Awards this year and also an IHeartRadio award.

Although the first thing you notice when Dua is performing is her amazing range and killer pipes, you can't help but also notice her chiseled abs, long, lean legs, and slim arms. There's no way she's not putting in hard work at the gym to maintain that physique!

In an interview with Vogue, Dua confirmed that she does, in fact, take care of her body, but because she's so busy performing and touring, she doesn't have hours on end to spend working out. Her sessions generally only last about 15 minutes at a time.

"It's high-intensity interval training, but it's so quick, it's over before it's even started!" she said. Some of her favorite exercises include jumping jacks, mountain climbers, and burpees. All of these tough exercises get her heart rate up and prepare her to perform with intensity and high energy.

Dua is also a fan of boxing, and this Instagram post from last year proves that this woman works hard for those cut abs.

She's trained previously with professional boxer Sohail Ahmad, also known as Showstar Boxer, and although it looks like they have fun together, we're pretty sure their sessions are far from easy.

What a badass! We hope she takes home all five of those Brit Awards on Feb. 21.
