When I exercise, I expect to sweat. It's all part of the reason I love to move. Sweating makes me feel like I've worked hard and am cleansing myself. My workouts are tough, so I usually end up sweating a lot, especially if the temperature is hot. Afterwards, my clothes are usually pretty saturated. I've seen people though who can ring out their shirts from all their sweat, and I've seen people whose skin is barely glistening. So where do you fall when it comes to exercise and sweat?
