We fell for Enlightened high-protein, low-cal, low-sugar ice cream [1] recently and polished off each pint of the seven different flavors that we tried. Little did we know that the brand has an extensive library of frozen confections, with 21 flavors of healthy ice cream in the lineup. We just got the chance to try three more of them, and they're arguably their best flavors on offer.
