Enter Our Get Fit For 2010 Giveaway: Challenge 4, Fitness Journal

The third Get Fit For 2010 challenge was writing a blog post of your food journal, and you received an extra entry if you created a photo gallery of your meals. Now it's time to journal your fitness life!
This week's challenge: keep a fitness journal by writing a blog post in the Get Fit For 2010 community detailing your workouts. Don't forget to add photos — consider FitSugar your photo library. You can check out my fitness journal here. To help you, we've created an easy to use printable fitness journal. Just download the PDF, print it out, and start tracking your fitness life. Not only is this a good way to keep track of the calories you're burning and the muscles you're working, it is a handy way to plan your workouts. Tape your plan on your fridge or by your desk to remind you to hit the gym. By meeting this fitness journaling challenge, you will be automatically entered for a chance to win our weekly prize — a $100 Nike gift card.

At the end of three months, we will pick a grand prize winner at random from all of the entries in all of the weekly challenges. I track all my workouts on my iPod, especially my running.

My workout which is an everyday thing is powerwalking and working out with weights. i powerwalk 5 times a week and do 7 miles in 40 minutes followed with 30 minutes of toning.
Other than walking my dog--which is more of a sniff and stroll--I have managed to get on the treadmill 40 minutes one day and 50 the other day. I also worked my abs and did pushups. I put a smiley sticker on my calendar to post when I worked out. My goal is to have a calendar full of smiley faces!

Sunday's Workout: 17 miles in 3 hours. It felt pretty good, we walked a few times and refueld twice with gummi's. Got 4 weeks until the marathon! Did an ice bath last night, just can't get used to how cold it is!!!! Monday's Workout: Run an easy 5 miles and lift weights for about 30 minutes
