There's No Way This Trainer's Bodyweight Workout Won't Give You Ripped Abs

The road to flat, tight abs is not an easy one to take. You have to make sure you're in a healthy calorie deficit and exercising regularly in order to shed overall fat. But you also have to do core workouts if you want a shredded midsection.

Francheska Martinez, Animal Flow expert and certified trainer at Onnit, created a simple but effective ab workout you can do anywhere. No, really, anywhere. There are only two movements to this workout: V-up and Crab Reach. You'll do a V-up and a Crab Reach on your right side, followed by another V-up and a Crab Reach on your left side. Crab Reach is an Animal Flow movement that opens up your spine and strengthens your back.

Francheska recommends repeating this sequence for 50 seconds straight, then resting for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 10 rounds, and you've got yourself a comprehensive workout!
