Do You Exercise on the Weekends?

When it comes to working out on the weekends, some of us are weekend warriors while the rest of us like to take the weekends off. Me, I like to exercise on the weekend because my schedule is a little more flexible in terms of when I can do it and where. So what about you guys . . .

no. on weekend i spoil myself, binge eat, lazying around, and satisfy my sweet tooth n all those cravings i pushed down during weekdays.. haha

Erm... I don't plan when I'm going to exercise per se. Usually if I know I have an errand to do that day, and I'm being cheap, I walk there instead of taking the subway. Sometimes I walk a mile a day or more. Or I just go looking for something and just wander around adventuring... I just walk when I feel up to it or I'm feeling cheap haha. But I don't work out as in going to the gym. Ever. Never.

My boyfriend and I live an hour away from each other, and generally only see each other on weekends due to work and study commitments during the week. Because of this, we both tend to workout mostly during the week and spend our weekends chilling together. Sometimes he bench presses me for fun though, does that count? :p

Weekends are great for working out. Especially early because there are less people.

i try to add in a workout on the weekends usually early in the mornings so i don't sleep in to keep my sleep schedule in tact.

Saturday, I go to the gym and Sunday, I dance for an hour.

It usually depends on how much I do during the week. Its important to have a few days of rest so I try to leave that for the weekend. But if I have nothing going or to do sure why not .. Ill hope on my treadmill or bike for a bit.

I take a nice long walk around the lakes (4-5 miles depending on route)

I like to exercise outside on the weekend because I have more time and don't have to worry about getting up in the morning or getting home from work early to have daylight.

I work out every weekend, but sometimes I take Sundays off if I don't feel like working out that day. If I DO take the day off, I make sure to take a long walk with my dog to kind of make up for it.

I try to exercise on the weekend, but I'm often far too busy to get in any structured exercising. I just make sure to walk a lot at the grocery store to make up for the lack of exercise lol.

I often sit at home and study, but from time to time we go hiking with my friends...or skiing, sledding, kayaking...whatever the weather and time allows.

Saturday and Sunday are the days I power up and probably do more than usual. There's always something that comes up during the week, so I usually miss one or more week days. I make up for that on the weekend!

I usually workout out one day on the weekend and take a break the next..sometimes I find it's rewarding to relax as I have more energy to start my workout routines for the following week.

I'm like ccsugar. I have the most time on the weekends so I do some pretty hardcore workouts. Friday's are usually my off days.

I try to do something different for my workouts during the weekend...skiing, hiking, swimming at the lake...something outdoorsy and fun instead of just another gym session.
