These are such great tips! I need to type them up and print it out to hang somewhere. Susi is right, these elite athletic women seem like probably never have struggles but they're normal just like all of us. They have to work at it every day and stick through it. Way to go ladies! :)

These are great tips. I think of these elite ladies as super human, and based on their tips, they seem a lot more human. And the reverse is seems true too: I can set some serious goals and make them happen.
