The "food doesn't cause acne" propaganda is wrong. It's the food industry lying to you. Oils and chocolate can cause instant outbreaks. They're telling you to deny your own experience. They're lying to you.

Gooniette, perhaps you're allergic to chocolate? Sad and tragic even to suggest, I know...but I litterally get red welts on my face when I eat chocolate -- not that it stops me but still. It def makes me break out in red spots right after.
