sorry, but just "eating blueberries" alone, as opposed to "doing crunches" will not reduce belly fat more effectively. I think what you are trying to say is that crunches will not spot-treat belly fat. That being said, building muscle, in general, is a more effective way of reducing body fat than just "eating blueberries." Nice try, Fit :)

7/8. #1 is false because it really depends on how much weight you have to lose. If you're 500 pounds, you could easily lose more than 3 pounds of fat the first week if you're working out and eating better. I originally said it was True, but clicked back to change it because of that possibility. 1-2 is fine for someone my size, but not for someone who suddenly takes a dramatic change in lifestyle and has been living with an extra 100+ pounds.
