This week the Get Fit For 2010 challenge is all about fitness and keeping a fitness journal to help you stay accountable to your exercise goals. Well here's a circuit workout to add to your journal. As I have said before you don't need to belong to a gym to get strong; you just need the time to fit in a little strength training.
