A lot of us have resolved to get healthy in 2008, this includes eating healthy, drinking more water, and exercising more. One of the best proven ways to stay on track with healthy choices is by keeping a food and fitness journal because it allows you to examine and to be accountable for your lifestyle choices.

I use sparkpeople.com as my fitness and nutrition journal, it's free, has lots of resources, it's a great site.

I used these and then used the one from the gym, but neither fit all the needs I have in a journal. I'd like more space for snacks and a place to write down the meal calories and protein. However, I'm making this one work. It's much better than the gym one. Also, there should be a spot to check off whether or not you've had your vitamin. I'm just starting the fitness journal today, but I really like how easy it looks to use!
