OOPS! I was on the wrong page! :$ This was supposed to be post on the ABS exercises video ->
Thanks for that. I just did the exercises and they're really smooth indeed. And I can do them alone, without my boyfriend holding my feet! That's cool! Hey bye, I'm off to shower! :p

crispet - i labor I used it to the ball to sit on and bounce - it distracted me form the pain. And i knelt and leaned on it when my arms were tired and couldn't be on all 4's. They are great to sit on and bounce gently with a new born. It calms the baby down - well mine anyway since those little suckers tend to be quite different. you having a baby?

How did you use it during labor?

I think I need to dust off my ball - someone gave it to me to use during labor (which was great - the ball, not the labor). I certainly could use some toning back there.

:rotfl: That's too funny!!! I am just under 5'4 and the 55 cm is the one I use. I am ALL about back exercises....that is one of my major problem areas.

Jenna, it is great. Although Im short and I blew it up way too big the first time and my legs could reach over it, so I was limited in the number of exercises I could do with it!

The exercise ball is the BEST thing anyone could possibly buy to workout with. Especially for abs!
