And remember that 2018 is just around the corner.

This strength-training session will work your whole body, from head to toe. You'll build lean muscle mass, shed fat, and give yourself a boost of energy, which is exactly what you need to conquer your next holiday party.
There are six different exercises to follow, and you repeat the set twice, for a total of three rounds. These are the movements:
- High plank, 30 seconds
- Renegade row, four reps per side
- Half burpee into two bicep curls, four reps
- Dumbbell squat, hold eight seconds
- Dumbbell squat press, eight reps
- Dumbbell overhead triceps extension, eight reps
Because you're only doing three rounds, try to push yourself and pick a pair of medium dumbbells. You want to be able to finish each set, but you want to feel pretty challenged during the last two reps. Move with proper form, but try to take minimal rests. And have fun with it!
