We've all been in that sticky situation before: you're short on time, but you need to squeeze in a good workout. Jillian Michaels, celebrity trainer and creator of the app My Fitness by Jillian Michaels, is no stranger to this dilemma since she's a superbusy, successful businesswoman and mother who has also worked with countless clients who have tight schedules.
We asked Jillian to give us a couple tips for how to frame your workout if you're in a pinch. She told POPSUGAR you should go for "exercises that are explosive and incorporate multiple muscle groups, so you get the best burn possible and work as many muscle groups as possible." Her two best examples are "burpee rows or squat thrusters!"
