Sticking to resolutions — running a half marathon, dropping 20 pounds, or giving up sweets — can be rough, but you don't have to do it alone. Join our Get Fit For 2011 community group for support. Your motivation won't have a chance to wane since we've planned fun weekly challenges to keep your healthy lifestyle on track. Plus, every time you participate in a challenge by creating a post in the Get Fit For 2011 community group, you will be entered to win fun weekly prizes. For the next 12 weeks we will be posting a challenge on FitSugar every Monday, and by meeting the challenge you will be automatically entered for a chance to win the weekly prize — this week a $100 Nike gift card. get fit for 2011 This week's challenge: Write a blog post stating your fitness and health goals for the year in the Get Fit For 2011 community group. We'd love to see a "before" image to go with your blog post.

At the end of the three months we will pick a grand prize winner at random from all entries in all of the weekly challenges. The more you participate, the more chances you have to win the grand prize! The grand prize includes a Get Fit Boot Camp in Los Angeles that includes a round-trip flight to Los Angeles, a four-night stay at the W Hollywood, a personal training session with celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins, a nutrition consultation with C & J Nutrition, and four workout sessions with our very own FitSugar editors that will be featured on PopSugar Living TV.

My fitness goals: 1) to lose 20 pounds by the end of the summer (August 1) 2) to pack my lunch and incorporate more veggies into my meals. 3) To go rock-climbing more often 4) To go dancing more often as well 5) While, this may be counterintuitive to #1, to appreciate my body the way it is, and work on having fun, and in the process get to a healthier weight. and finally love the body I look in the mirror.
