ou know, i would LOVE a friggin salad, but I am allergic to lettuce now. But, I have been playin around and found that broccoli is just as good as a substitute for lettuce. sounds weird, but you can add the same salad toppings and most salad bars have broccoli. now i am not left out. I'm all in.

Yeah that's just for one person. That's what I spend on groceries for me and my husband per week. I guess its only for the rich stars that don't have to go out.

60 dollars a week for fresh food? I don't think so. I eat clean and it cost more than eating processed. I don't eat meat either. I can do it for less than fresh dining, but I don't believe she did it that way alone. Eating clean works, but she lost huge amouts of weight very fast and that's not how eating clean works... she had help = Clenbuterol. Here's Michi's ladder for clean eating http://www.beachbody.com/jump.jsp?itemID=122&itemType=GATEWAY&code=DROPDOWN

Sounds like something that would rock for people that are at home for the majority of the day and aren't looking for a long-term health routine. I mean, someone doesn't do this plan for their entire lives, right? I could never eat in for every meal.
