I love almonds, cashews, and pistachios for snacking. And peanut butter is a perfect, protein-rich quick breakfast on toast, and I eat it a lot! :)

i have to agree that nuts are usually one of my go-to snacks if i need something to pick me up. most of them are really high in protein too which is something that i'm always being told i need more of since i don't eat chicken or fish. i'm a big fan of cashews, almonds, and just about anything aside from pistachios
