"When I'm on tour, I'm always going out to eat at restaurants because I make a point of finding great local cuisine — there's so much delicious food that deserves to be eaten! I have no rules with food, but moderation is key. I find that portions are about three times what I actually need! I try to divide the meal into three parts. I eat one portion slowly. If I'm still hungry after thirty minutes, then I eat more!"
