21 milligrams sodium
37 grams carbs
Nine grams fiber
20 grams fat
2.5 grams saturated fat
Six grams protein
94 milligrams calcium
Two milligrams iron

Green Power Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  2. 1 cup chopped kale
  3. 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  4. Juice of 1/2 lemon
  5. 1 medium avocado
  6. 15 almonds
  7. Ice cubes

Directions

Place the apple juice, kale, cucumber, and lemon juice in a blender, and blend until smooth. Taste and add more apple and lemon juice, if necessary (note that avocado and almonds will balance out any sour flavor). Add the avocado flesh and almonds and blend until the almonds dissolve. Pour into two ice-filled glasses.
