Yup! You guessed it. It's Friday, which means Halle Berry [3] is back on the 'gram with another "Fitness Friday [4]" post to help us live our best lives. This week she created a workout for us with her trainer, Peter, that can be done with either a water bottle or a kettlebell [5]. She called the kettlebell "one of the most versatile pieces of equipment," saying, "It has be come a staple in the fitness world." She goes on to explain that you can get a total-body workout [6] in by using just a kettlebell.
If you don't own a kettlebell or don't have access to a gym, don't worry. Halle demonstrates the four-move workout with a gallon of water. Check it out below.
Start off with the windmill.
Then move on to the swing jump.
Followed by the kettlebell get-up.
And finish off with the bottoms-up move.
