This is a great post.  My best friend NEVER has time to eat in the AM and is always in a NY rush.  She then gets all wiggy by late morning because she is hungry and gets really cranky.  Sugar is something she is always watching and that is why she stays away from the typical grab-n-go morning stuff.  These ideas are actually really good because she can reheat quickly when she is at work.  I am going to share it with her and thanks so much for writing it :)
