Here is a simple way to make a favorite takeout dish! Lean chicken breast is marinated in a simple ginger-lemongrass marinade and then grilled and served with creamy peanut sauce. So simple and so tasty. Try this instead of ordering out!

Ingredients:

1lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
wooden skewers
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp garlic, minced (2 cloves)
2 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tsp sriracha sauce
2 tbsp fresh (or frozen) lemongrass, chopped
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander
juice of 1/2 lime

You have to go to her blog to get the ingredients for the peanut sauce. She just lists the ingredients for the marinade on this site.

if this is a peanut sauce, i believe there is a missing ingredient...peanut butter? the recipe listed does not call for it...
