1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp garlic, minced (2 cloves)
2 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tsp sriracha sauce
2 tbsp fresh (or frozen) lemongrass, chopped
1 tbsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp coriander
juice of 1/2 lime
