Pulled from Victoria Boutenko's book Green for Life ($19), the powerful antioxidant breakfast in a glass packs potassium, vitamin C, and vitamin K, manganese, and fiber. Celery and Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  1. 2 cups fresh blueberries
  2. 1 banana
  3. 1 stalk of celery
  4. 1 cup water
  5. 1 cup orange juice
  6. Few cubes ice

Directions

Pour the orange juice and water into the blender with the banana and blend. Add the blueberries and celery and blend again. Finally, add the ice cubes for a smooth consistency.

Makes two servings.
