I loved the Shape story. I am a triathlete living in LA, and find it difficult to workout in the middle of the afternoon (and sometimes even in the morning) due to the pollution and traffic. These tips are great. I also loved the Rear View workout on ExerciseTV. Some of my other favorites include: -Ab Trimmer -Triple X Abs -Upper Body And the best part is that all the workouts around five minutes long are free! Thanks Fit Sugar!
