I love that show. It is very motivating. I'm using Janice Stanger's book for my healthy weight loss, The Perfect Formula Diet. The book is jargon-free and easy, even fun to read. I've learned that the author went through the same trials and tribulations as many of the readers, with multiple unsuccessful weight loss attempts and numerous chronic illnesses and symptoms. Since following her own plan, the author is now in Perfect Health, at her Perfect Weight, and takes no prescription drugs (with ideal cholesterol, blood pressure, glucose level, etc.) at age 57. So far, I have lost 9 pounds and feel actually feel happy.
