"Just because it's a Men's Health workout doesn't mean it's not for us" - so true! I'm a 21 year old woman and I read MH all of the time. They have a lot of great fitness and nutrition tips, along with reviews on the latest fitness gadgets and gear. I prefer it to magazines such as 'Shape' and 'Women's Fitness' because it focuses a lot on weights and building muscle.
