How Do You Listen to Music at the Gym?

For most people, music is a great way to stay motivated and pumped up during an exercise session. I listen to my iPod, or hook into the tv that's on the cardio equipment (habit of watching the news, Jeopardy, or Wheel of Fortune). My gym also has a theater room which has cardio equipment in there and they show a different movie each day. It is very easy to lose track of time while watching a movie.

I use my iPod, but my gym plays the music SO loud that I often can't even hear my own music. I think it's my one peeve about my otherwise awesome gym!

Well I don't have an iPod, but I do have an MP3 player. And I don't use any of the services mentioned, but I do use the music I own on CDs.
