I have been doing all of these tips except the yogurt one. I use soy milk because of lactose intolerance.

I go to Whole Foods bulk section and combine (at home) 1) the highest fiber bran flake 2) the lowest calorie granola (usually hemp or pumpkin flax seed) and 3) raisins. Healthier and yummier than any of the prepackaged cereals. Also, why not just have only yogurt? I can't imagine combining yogurt and milk, sounds runny.

I never find 3/4 cup of cereal filling. I will have it as a snack occasionally, but never as breakfast.
