And if you're not good with a camera, don't worry! By just using your cell phone with email capabilities, you can create posts with text and photos, anytime and anywhere!

Cooking a healthy brunch this Sunday? Share it in our Healthy Recipe group. Snacking on something nutritious and delicious on your hike later? Snap a pic of it with your phone and share it in our Snack Attack group. All you have to do is email the post to the group from your phone.
