Lately I've been trying to stay motivated about my workout routine by figuring out which days work best for me to exercise. It's been easier to figure out my Summer routine: with the sun out for longer I'm able to run in the evenings later, and not only that, I've joined a gym with a great roster of evening classes to also keep me motivated after work.
I've decided that exercising after work on the weekdays, with a more relaxing schedule on the weekends, is what is best for me. So I've been sticking to a Monday through Friday workout plan, with a more lax, easier plan on the weekends. What about you; what's your exercise schedule like?
